Jeff SilverTAI CHI – OPEN TO ALL – Jeff Silver has been studying ancient forms of healing for decades.  As a licensed and practicing Acupuncturist and Herbalist in Christchurch he is well versed in the philosophy of Chinese Medicine and martial arts. He studied Tang Soo Do and Aikido for years and is currently practicing Kung Fu, in addition to Tai Chi Chuan.
Tai Chi is well know and used throughout the world for it’s health benefits; such as improved balance, flexibility and strength.
He welcomes everyone to his noncompetitive, slow form, Tai Chi class each Friday morning during school term at 9:00am in the Community Hall. Koha accepted but not required.
